FEES & TUITION

Registration Fee

$50.00

The registration fee is paid at your official sign-up. This is a one time fee per enrollment period. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and does not apply to other charges.

Annual Supplies/Materials Fee

$125.00

This fee is charged July each year and covers any personal items that need to be replaced and replacing toys, books, and other items in the daycare. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and is due with the first tuition in July annually.

Infant Rate : Day Care (M-F 6a-6p)

$205.00

The rate is charged weekly on Friday's for the following week's services. An infant is defined as a child that is 6 weeks through one year OR one year and non-walking. Weekly Rates are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Walkers - 4/5 : Day Care (M-F 6a-6p)

$185.00

The rate is charged weekly on Friday's for the following week's services. This rate is for a child that is walking through 4 years (or 5 years if not started Kindergarten). Rate includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks/drinks. Weekly Rates are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Late Fee

$2.00 per minute

A late pick-up fee is charged daily for each child picked past closing time. This fee is due immediately at pick up. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Diaper/Wipes Fee

$3.00

A fee of $3.00 is assessed for each diaper that we must use from our facility supply and is payable at pickup (wipes are included in this rate). This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

WatchMeGrow

$10.00/week

WatchMeGrow camera system allows the parent(s) to check in on their child as needed throughout the day. Available for Android or iPhone devices. You will only have access to your child's classroom during the hours your child is at the center. Recordings are always available from the office if needed. This is a weekly fee paid with tuition and can be enrolled/cancelled at any time. This fee is charged per child that you would like camera access for. The fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Additional Information

Tuition is due the Friday before the week of service. Children cannot be dropped off on Monday if care is not paid on the preceding Friday or Monday morning at drop off.

Discounts for paying in advance are available; however, if you terminate child care services prepaid services will not be refunded.

Sibling Discounts Available and is based on age of each child and the current tuition rate. First child full rate. Each additional child is $10 off the tuition for that child. For example, if you have three children, the first child at age 2 will be $185.00, and a sibling at 3 yr would be $175, and another sibling at 4 yr would be $175 as well.

Any and all Child Care fees or tuition are non-refundable for any reason.
